Working with you as professionals we will guide, motivate, coach and inspire you to take a stand and make productive decisions in your life. There is no magic wand or simple answer to the complex situations that confront people. However, there are skills, techniques, strategies and supports that can be used as a “toolbox” for handling not only life’s crisis moments, but for improving and enriching day to day life. More about Mr. King:

Mr. King received his Master of Social Work Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University over 20 years ago and has worked in the Human Services field ever since. With a background ranging from Juvenile Justice to serving the Elderly, he has provided treatment in client’s homes, skilled nursing facilities, locked psychiatric units, detention centers and outpatient offices. He specializes in Behavioral Disorders with children and adolescents, Substance Abuse Assessment and Treatment, Anxiety, Depression and Relational problems. “I want to use my experience and drive to help you. There are no simple answers, everyone’s situation is unique. So, we’ll have to work together. But I am confident that WE can do it, please give us a call.”

More About Ms. Silver

Ms. Silver is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and originally studied in New York state and graduated with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2012 from Long Island University. She received graduate and post graduate experience in New York and Florida in community mental health centers, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric units and private practice.

Ms. Silver collaborates with individual adults and specializes in bipolar mood disorders, anxiety and narcissistic abuse as well as working with a variety of other issues including grief and loss, depression, burn out, peer and communication issues, moral injury and overall wellness. An eclectic variety of approaches with strong analytical skills are explored which encompass parts work, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based techniques as well as person centered, solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques.

Ms. Silver is certified through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider ( CPAPT).

A doctoral-prepared physician assistant with over a decade of experience across internal medicine, addiction medicine, correctional health, and behavioral care.

At Spruce Creek, he practices integrative psychiatric care: thoughtful medication management paired with a genuine commitment to the lifestyle and biological factors that drive mental health. That means exploring how sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and connection shape mood and resilience — not just writing a prescription and moving on.

His approach is rooted in current neuroscience, but his care is personal. Every patient deserves to be seen as a whole person — not a diagnosis.
