How We Grew

Spruce Creek  began as Spruce Creek Mental Health, a therapy practice founded by Ed King, MSW, LCSW,  to help people through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the everyday struggles of life.

As we’ve grown, so has our family of care. First, Silver Minds joined us, as Lauren Silver, MS, LMHC, CPAPT brought another experienced  therapist’s voice to our team. Then came Spruce Creek Integrative, our in-house psychiatry practice led by Michael J. Thompson, DMS, PA-C, which looks beyond medication to the whole person.
